How to mount back brake in 125/2

Hi there!

I have a problem with one last element for my bike. The element is a "Aufnahmekappe fur Filzring"? - it's on the image in top-left corner. I'm not sure how to screw it into the wheel hub. Should there be some bearing or something? Also how should it be mounted in the front - blocked with a scew or something? I can't really find any images with this element on the web. Maybe some of you have a model with this element?
