Ori: No, its not the right way!! In the top-piece of carburetor you have an input (show photo). Only there you can get the fuel (100 percent fuel to 25 percent of oil!!!) put in. You must (I`m shure, you must mixed it in Israel) mix this!! Without Oil in fuel you will destroy the engine.

Thats at first. The filter is only used for air. In the underground of the carburetor you have a swimmer. This part makes a currently base of "fuel in" of fuel(with the air from the filter).

I put the fuel 95 octane @ 4% oil for 2 stroke engine

The carburetor get the fuel properly

I have spark but my be not strong enough

Also I'm not use new plug and still have the original

I didn’t have time to buy anything today.

But...4 % is not enough!! You need 25-30 % Oil in fuel. This is a 2-stroke-engine!!

And, yeahh, of course, you must have on the spark a haevy duty blue (not yellow mellow ) blizz.

Clean this parts!!

The air filter has 2 ways: "Open" or "close". With "cold" engine you must put the filter of close(many fuel and a little bit of air). Put the paneel down (close). In a few minutes more you can do the paneel get up to "up" (open) Do you understand? My english is so small like me...

Norber I'm not drunk but how you get 25%-30% oil

I now that for to 2 stroke engine you use 2%-5% oil depend on the instruction of the manufacture abut the spark how I will make it more blue ?

Ori, in european area we speak (fuel) from 1 to 25 or 1 to 33 or 1 to 50.
The old engines (SR1 or SR2) needs 1:25. It means: 25 Liters of blank fuel to one liter of oil!! Do you need "galones" I can do it also....

The "blizz" on the spark is another thing. This blizz shoud be shown "blue". Than its heavy.

This engine is very simply and if its run now: "never touch a running system"
