Tinking about second lamp I had an idea. So..
I saw the engine 'Somtron'-Motor So 4-1 P (mit Pedalkickstarter) for Spatz model. It is practically the same as my Soemtron-Motor Rh 50 II.
According to me there are two options:

1. If my moped is built in end of 1964 maybe it have a Sparz circuit. You ofcource know that Sparz has two Ruck- und Bremslichtspule 6V - 18W and Lichtspule 6V - 15V. In my moped is the same - two Lichtspule 6V - 15W and 6V - 18W. I disassembled moped for painting. After painting I done a clasical SR-2 wiring. I didn't suspect for future "rearlight" problem.

2. The taillight was "repaired" by my father latter. Unfortunately I can't get the ansfer because he die several years ago...

Unbelievable!! I`ve had never seen befor!!! But.... where is on the groundplate the srewhole for the screw in top of the light.

The rearlight for SR4-1 (Spatz) is absolutely diffrent.

Dobrin, we must do this differently: You must write a serial-number of your (fathers) SR2E. And take a photo of the lot of the parts, do you have. Than can we speake...

The first SR 4-1 Soemtron-Motor is really the same as the last RH50II..till the cylinderheat and the groundplate/rotor from ignition. The complete ignition could be changed (more light) also in germany.
I don`t know, it was reality for export. Export variants are like the "dark side of the moon"

I agree with you NorbertE. I'll write the serial but why you didn't say this a hour ago. I went to parent's house specially to get rearlight. . You have to wait monday for serial number.

euvs maybe you right. The second option probably is true. But I have not a proof yet. I want to find the true using your knowledge and help.

I have just an idea, maybe 2 lamps ( ) are used, because the "Watt" /power (sorry I don´t know the word) of these are not correct. Which lamps are used?



I think these are 2 lamps from the "Standlicht" / parkinglight (?) - so 1 lamp will be 4 Watt - maybe 2 lamps from the "Tacho" (1 lamp 1,2 Watt = 2,4 instead of 3 Watt)

Mr. "from E" you are right(ich hab sowas gern [i love it] ). I`ve don`t hadded seen (its grammatically oxford right! Easaly is: I`ve don`t seen ), that the photo is in a "black angel" position photographed it. Sorry for this.

But I say it again: I never ever have seen this groundplate befor!! I don`t think also, this is selfmade yet...

Let us have a "brainstorming": In the latest years simson was really in life, created a stoplight...only for exportmodels SR2. I don`t know it. Let us waiting for the pictures from Dobri...
