choosing the right screws, need help with choosing the right screws

Hi all, I am now starting to building up my MZ RT 125. I have all the elements and the parts list, but I need some help with choosing the right parts into right holes. I want to install the stand to the frame, and I have three holes as presented in the photo. To my mind, I should use accordingly:

1: 'Zylinderkerbstift 5 x 32 DIN 1473'
2: 'Zylinderkerbstift 5 x 32 DIN 1473'
3: 'Splint 4 x 50 DIN 94'

Am I correct? I don't want to mess it all up

My english is really bad, sorry.

In my part list is at 3: "Kerbstift 5x32", too.
I´am think the list is older than my RT.
On my RT is at number 3 a "Splint". So iam thinking you are right.
