ACHILLES, INTRODUCTION

Hello friends.
I will introduce myself my name is Haim Siri and I live in Israel.

I have a small collection of MOPEDS from different manufacturers.
I also have a website and 2 Facebook groups on this matter.
We have a mutual friend who is also a member of this forum called Uri Sade.
And unfortunately I tell you sadly that he died suddenly about a year ago.
I and a few other members have purchased some of his MOPEDS. Lucky for me I bought the Achilles MOPED.
And I want to make it perfect and I hope you will help me.
I attach a picture of the Achilles that Uri Sade restored, you will probably notice the sign in front of the MOPED with his name and that marks that he restored it. I keep this as a memorial plaque for him.

For me all the Israelie names sounds like persons out of the Star Wars movies.

We heard about the dead of Uri Sade in the last year, i think it was his son who posted this news.
I am happy to hear that his Collection is now in safe hands.

This Forum is allmost for vehicles from the former DDR (East Germany). I am not sure that some here can help you with the Achilles Moped.

But nevertheless we like to see lots of pictures from the Achilles and all other old Mopeds and vehicles.
